Scarborough is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree.

He is an avid sportsman as well as a gifted artist.  Scarborough resides in Pearland, TX with wife K.C. and son Brady.

Along with his work as an illustrator, he also teaches art and coaches golf in Pearland, TX.
